1、 Product Features
1. Metal components: mainly made of galvanized steel plates with a thickness of ≥ 1.2mm and coated with electrostatic epoxy powder. 4. * Fan *: Equipped with a PSC fan that operates with 24V DC current. Stable performance, ultra-low noise, no sparks (anti-static).
5. * Filtration system *: Dust is sucked into the cabinet through a central centralized pulse suction device cabinet.
6. * LED Lighting *: Provides illumination equivalent to 25W fluorescent lamps. It does not generate heat, ensuring safety and preventing any impact on the ambient temperature within the experimental environment. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection, and long service life.
7. Epoxy resin countertop: It has excellent chemical stability and corrosion resistance. It has excellent impact resistance (staying undamaged under impact) and high temperature resistance. 1. * Air intake: * * Air is directly drawn into the fume hood from below the side panel. This creates a negative pressure environment where stable surface velocity forms a natural barrier, effectively isolating users from the chemicals being processed.
