Product Description

1. Cabinet: Made of imported porcelain white PP with a thickness of 8-12mm (inclusive), with excellent acid and alkali resistance. After precise CNC cutting and processing, the same color and homogeneous welding rods are welded and modified, and the surface has no sharp angles.
2. Upper cabinet: The exhaust cabinet adopts a top-hood exhaust design and is designed with a ∮250mm exhaust outlet. The deflector is made of homogeneous PP material and has excellent acid and alkali resistance. The installation size is scientific and reasonable, and there are no airflow dead corners to achieve exhaust gas capture performance.
3. Lower cabinet: storage cabinet with a partition in the middle. The hinge is made of black plastic hinge, which has good corrosion resistance. The handle is made of homogeneous C-type PP handle.
Operation countertop: The countertop is made of imported 12mm PP board, which has excellent acid and alkali resistance. Ventilation countertop sinks are configured according to user requirements.
4. Adjustment door:
a. Adjustable door glass: Made of 4mm thick transparent acrylic glass with excellent acid and alkali resistance.
b. Adjust the door frame: It is a thick porcelain white PP plate C-shaped groove, embedded and combined to ensure safety and durability.
c. Adjusting door suspension steel cable: The adjusting door steel cable of each fume hood is connected.
d. Adjust the door balance weight: It adopts a segmentless weight box design, and its upper and lower strokes are limited by silent tracks to avoid shaking and collision.
5. Electrical equipment:
a. Switch: button-type self-locking switch with light, including fan switch, lighting switch, and main power switch.
b. Lighting equipment: full-cover three-proof lamps, with 220v*20w*2 inside the lampshade
c. Socket part: Each Beijing fume hood is equipped with 2 220V10A power sockets with splash-proof covers.
