1. Gas cylinder cabinet specifications

2. Cabinet
It is made of 1.0mm thick Baosteel high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, which has been pickled and phosphorized, and the surface is electrostatically sprayed with epoxy resin to achieve anti-acid, alkali and anti-rust effects.
3. Door panel
It adopts detachable hinges and has a viewing window on the front. The viewing window is explosion-proof glass.
4. PASS hole
There are PASS holes on the side of the cabinet to ensure the flow of gas inside the cabinet.
5. Fixed chain
A fixed chain is used inside to prevent the cylinder from tipping.
6. Pedal
There is an adjustable pedal at the bottom of the cabinet to facilitate the loading and unloading of gas bottles.

8. Alarm
Special alarm devices are optional. The alarm device can identify: flammable gases such as methane, acetylene, coal gas, etc.
9. Sound and light alarm system
When the sensor in the cabinet detects a gas leak, it will automatically trigger a flashing red light and a roaring alarm, and at the same time automatically exhaust the air.
10. Automatic exhaust system
When the sensor in the cabinet detects gas leakage and alarms, the top fan will automatically work to discharge the gas outside through the exhaust duct to ensure personal safety in the work area.
11. Metal containers used to improve local exhaust ventilation, protect cylinders (gas bottles) from fire outside the cabinet, and protect surrounding objects from internal fire.
12. There is a purge system, alarm and exhaust hole inside the gas bottle cabinet. There are usually one bottle position, two bottle position and three bottle position.
13. When the gas cylinder is stored in this product, no situation will occur without human intervention. In order to prevent the alarm device from being in a resting state for a long time and causing slow or no alarm, the staff can conduct an alarm test on the product through smoke and gas, so as to achieve the normal operation of the product. Note: The self-inspection time of the gas cylinder cabinet is generally once in January to February.
