Description

Walk-in fume hood manufacturer structure and material description:
(1) The structure of the walk-in fume hood is floor-standing. The front and side panels and frames of the cabinet are made of 1.2MM thick high-quality cold-rolled steel plates. The surface treatment of the steel plates is phosphating and then plastic spraying (light gray).
(2) The two side panels inside the cabinet are made of double-layer hollow steel or 12MM thick high-strength glass. The top panel and back panel are made of steel, and the lower part of the back panel is removable to facilitate future renovation and maintenance of the water, electricity, and gas circuits in the cabinet.
(3) The door structure of the walk-in fume hood is a horizontal sliding door made of aluminum alloy. The surface treatment is phosphated and sprayed (light gray). The door glass is made of 5MM thick tempered safety glass.
(4) The inner length of the walk-in fume hood = outer length-200MM, the inner width = the outer width-170MM, the inner height = the outer height-300.
(5) The light source is a 100W explosion-proof ceiling lamp, which is completely isolated from the gas in the cabinet.
(6) The power socket, fan switch, and lighting switch are all placed on the outer column. The standard configuration is 2 10A six-hole universal sockets + 2 16A six-hole sockets per unit.
