1. Fume hood cabinet
The base material of the standard fume hood cabinet is 1.2 thick cold-rolled steel plate, which is bent and welded. After nano-ceramic treatment, it is sprayed with epoxy resin electrostatic powder (Aksu brand powder), which is corrosion-resistant and has strong load-bearing capacity.
2. Ventilation counter top
(1) [Standard configuration] American DuPont 12.7mm thick solid core (double-sided) physical and chemical plate countertop. The edge of the countertop is double-layered with homogeneous material plates and thickened to 25.4mm. It is processed by CNC machinery by a professional manufacturer.
(2) [Optional configuration] Choose a 20mm thick ceramic countertop made in China, which has better high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance
(3) [Optional configuration] Use Chinese-made 20mm thick epoxy resin countertop, which is resistant to high temperature, acid and alkali
3. Fume hood lining board
The inner lining is made of anti-corrosion boards, its corrosion resistance meets NEMA standards, and its fire resistance meets ASTM standards; both left and right sides have removable maintenance ports. PP/stainless steel/epoxy resin lining can be selected as needed to meet the needs of different uses.
4. Fume hood control panel
Touch button microelectronic control panel, optional intelligent LCD control panel according to needs, with functions such as timing setting/wind setting/automatic power on and off.
5. Fume hood window
Using 3 pieces of glass, 5mm thick tempered safety glass, balanced combination, concealed structural design
6. Fume hood deflector
The three-stage diversion system has been optimized and designed to effectively remove exhaust gases of different specific gravity.
7. Fume hood counterweight
Using a stepless balanced lifting system, the window can be stopped at any position.
8. Fume hood exhaust system
Reduced exhaust hood and PP fan are made of epoxy resin. The noise is less than 65dBA; (the exhaust port is φ250, the air duct is a straight PVC pipe, and it is discharged directly outside the wall)
9. Fume hood socket
It adopts international standard universal socket and uses various instrument plugs.
10. Fume hood lighting
Use hidden 30W fluorescent lamp lighting. The working surface reaches the brightness standard of 450Lux.
