1. Countertop: optional

2. Description of the whole cabinet: The outer shell is made of 1.0mm high-quality galvanized steel plate, which is cut, positioned, punched, bent and welded in a CNC machining center. After pickling and phosphating, epoxy resin powder is sprayed and baked and solidified at high temperature.
It has the characteristics of high adhesion, strong surface hardness, strong corrosion resistance, and beautiful appearance.
3. Slide rail: 1.5 wall thickness, three-section load-bearing base, 400mm long silent slide rail. It has strong smoothness and can be pulled 120,000 times;
4. Hinge: stainless steel internal/external hinge, opening angle 90 degrees;
5. Adjustment foot description: The injection molding adjustment foot with a diameter of φ8mm is used, which is shockproof, moisture-proof and corrosion-resistant.
Corrosion, the height of the cabinet can be adjusted appropriately according to the indoor floor, with a maximum adjustment of 0-20mm.
6. Process description: After all steel plates are welded and sprayed with epoxy resin powder, they are visually smooth and have no solder joints. All water, electricity and gas circuits must be installed safely, appropriately and concealed. There are maintenance holes on the rear panel of the cabinet.
7. The lower cabinet (ordinary base cabinet) and door panel are made of 1.0mm high-quality galvanized steel plate (double-layer), connected without welds, and equipped with removable shock-absorbing pads. It is formed, cut, positioned, punched, bent and welded in CNC machining centers.
After pickling and phosphating, epoxy resin powder is sprayed and baked and cured at high temperature.
