1. Countertop: optional
(1) [Standard configuration] American DuPont 12.7mm thick solid core (double-sided) physical and chemical plate countertop. The edge of the countertop is double-layered with homogeneous material plates and thickened to 25.4mm. It is processed by CNC machinery by a professional manufacturer.
(2) [Optional configuration] Choose a 20mm thick ceramic countertop made in China, which has better high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance
(3) [Optional configuration] Use Chinese-made 20mm thick epoxy resin countertop, which is resistant to high temperature, acid and alkali
2. Description of the entire cabinet: The shell is made of 1.0mm high-quality galvanized steel plate, which is cut, positioned, punched, bent and welded in a CNC machining center. After pickling and phosphating, it is sprayed with epoxy resin powder and baked at high temperature for solidification.
It has high adhesion, strong surface hardness, strong corrosion resistance, and beautiful appearance.
3. Slide rail: It adopts 1.5 wall thickness, three-section load-bearing base and 400mm long silent slide rail. It has strong smoothness and can be pulled 120,000 times;
4. Hinge: stainless steel built-in/external hinge, with an opening angle of 90 degrees;
5. Adjustment foot description: The injection molding adjustment foot with a diameter of φ8mm is used, which is shockproof, moisture-proof and resistant.
Corrosion, the cabinet height can be adjusted appropriately according to the indoor floor, the maximum adjustment is 0-20mm.
6. Process description: After all steel plates are welded and sprayed with epoxy resin powder, they are visually smooth and have no solder joints. All water, electricity, and gas circuits must be safe, suitable, and installed concealed. Provide maintenance holes on the back panel of the cabinet.
7. The lower cabinet (general base cabinet) and door panel are made of 1.0mm high-quality galvanized steel plate (double-layer), with weldless connections and removable shock-absorbing pads. It is formed in a CNC machining center, cut, positioned and punched, bent and welded.
After pickling and phosphating, epoxy resin powder is sprayed and baked at high temperature for solidification.
