I. Product Features
1. **Metal Components:** Primarily constructed from ≥1.2mm galvanized steel sheet, featuring an electrostatic epoxy powder coating. This coating includes a durable, chemical-resistant, and lead-free finish, ensuring a high-gloss surface while minimizing the effects of corrosion and moisture.
2. **Front and Side Panels:** Primarily constructed from ≥6mm acrylic sheet. This material offers excellent weather resistance and superior chemical resistance; it is highly resistant to aging, colorless, transparent, and fully translucent, providing visual comfort and an aesthetically pleasing, elegant appearance.
3. **Control System:** Features a 7-inch LCD touchscreen display and PLC control system. It provides real-time monitoring of ambient temperature and humidity, fan status, and VOC concentration levels, and incorporates an integrated alarm system.
4. **Fan:** Equipped with a PSC fan operating on a 24V DC current. It delivers stable performance, operates with ultra-low noise, and is spark-free (anti-static).

**Working Principles**
1. **Side Air Intake Ports:** Air is drawn directly into the fume hood from beneath the side panels. This creates a negative pressure environment where a stable face velocity forms a natural barrier, effectively isolating the user from the chemicals being handled.
2. **Comprehensive Filtration System:** The fan system draws toxic and harmful gases upward through the filtration unit, returning clean, purified air back into the room. The cabinet’s superior containment control ensures that chemical gases generated within the enclosure do not escape back into the laboratory environment to cause contamination.
